Damiani Phelps Olio d’Oliva is produced exclusively from our grove of rare Italian varietals planted on a south facing hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our trees began as cuttings from an ancient grove near Lucca.

From tending our grove, to handpicking and pressing within 12 hours, to bottling, our commitment to controlling the entire production process results in a superior and limited Tenuto Olio.
